While attending the University of Kentucky, Dr. Thomas Baldwin was granted early acceptance into dental school at the University of Louisville. It was there where he earned his D.M.D. in 2004 and completed his orthodontic residency in 2006. He utilized the Gateway Offer to become a Board Certified orthodontist. Dr. Baldwin returns to practice at Inman Orthodontics, where he was a patient in the early 1990s. He worked/shadowed summers, spring breaks, Christmas breaks, etc... at Inman Ortho starting in 1997 and continued this work/shadowing throughout college and dental school. "Through these experiences I saw the relationships that were developed and I knew that orthodontics was a great profession." Dr. Baldwin stated, "Dr. Inman was the reason that I became interested in, and ultimately decided on a career in orthodontics"

Dr. Baldwin is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Southern Association of Orthodontists, Kentucky Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Kentucky Dental Association and the Louisville Dental Society.

The Elizabethtown native is happily married to his high school sweetheart, Amy, and they have one son, Mason. Dr. Baldwin enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending sporting events, and going to the lake. Dr. Baldwin is a member of the Knights of Columbus and plays basketball and golf in his free time.
